In 2004, Soft Power Health began with one doctor, two nurses and one laboratory technician.
That staff treated an average of 10-12 patients a day.

Today, Soft Power Health has grown to over 100 full and part-time staff members.

Our teams include: doctors, nurses, labratory technicians, physical therapists,
​domestic violence counselors, organic gardeners and five community outreach programs.

​In 2024, the clinic treated an average of 125 people every day.
