Domestic Violence Prevention

After treating numerous victims of domestic abuse at the clinic and finding no counseling referral  services available, Soft Power Health created a domestic violence prevention program in 2015.

In 2016, counseling services were extended into outreach. Today, SPH utilizes a team counseling model, working at the clinic and in outreach with individual home visits 2 days per week.

There is a high demand for  education and long term support, and the SPH team counsels people in difficult situations — helping those in need understand their rights to live safer, happier lives.
